We start moving less because we are tired/ stress from work, so we don’t feel like preparing a meal or go out for a walk or go play sports. Sure, it’s OK if it happens once a while as it will not ruin your life straight away. But if it gets to a point you're doing it more and more….than you’ve created: a new habit of dealing with your busy life.

Do you want to feel better in your work or life? Start with your health. With good health you can enjoy & achieve things in life more.
I coach high achievers with the athlete mindset. No, not competing or play sport. Coach them from where they A(re) to where they want to B(e). My definition of an athlete mindset? Dedicated to find ways to get to their goal. Believe & commit to it.
